Your information stays yours

Shaher Abdulhafidh Mayoub GHALEB, trading as Life Admin Space, is the seller and data controller responsible for deciding how and why personal information is processed through this service.

• Your account email, and a display name if you enter one.
• The things you type in: tasks, subtasks, notes, habits, reminders, projects, goals and milestones.
• The subscriptions you choose to track: service name, category, price, dates, website and cancellation link, and your own notes.
• Your preferences: theme, time zone, currency, date and time format, and which reminders you want.
• Plan information: whether your account is on Free or Pro, and billing identifiers used to recognise your purchase.
• Technical and usage information, such as device and browser details, IP address, security events and site interactions.

• Card numbers or payment credentials. Paddle handles payment details for Pro purchases, and Life Admin Space does not receive your full card number.
• Bank logins or bank data. Life Admin Space has no connection to any bank.
• Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.

• Account details and the content you add are processed to perform our contract with you and provide the service you request.
• Preferences, essential device information and security events are processed for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service.
• Optional analytics data is processed only with your consent. You can change that choice through Cookie settings at any time.
• Billing records and legally required records are processed to perform our contract and comply with legal obligations.

The app uses the information you enter to show your plan, habit streaks, renewal dates and totals. Totals are simple arithmetic on the prices you provide.

Your records are tied to your account and the database only returns rows that belong to the signed-in account. Other people using Life Admin Space cannot see your items, and changing an address or an identifier in your browser does not reveal anyone else's data.

We don't claim to be "100% secure" — no service can. We do keep access rules on every table and keep secrets out of the browser.

• Service providers supporting hosting, authentication, analytics, communications and customer support, only where needed to provide and protect the service.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment-data recipient, for checkout, subscription management, payments, fraud prevention, tax compliance, invoicing, customer service and refunds.
• Professional advisers, such as legal or accounting advisers, when reasonably necessary.
• Courts, regulators or public authorities when disclosure is required by law.

Your personal information is not sold, rented or shared for third-party advertising.

Account content is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, its associated personal content is deleted from active systems, subject to a backup retention period of up to 90 days. Essential security, billing, tax and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Optional analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics retention period and only where you consented. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

• Edit or delete any single item wherever you see it in the app.
• Download everything you've entered from Settings → Privacy ("Download my data"), and your tracked subscriptions as a spreadsheet file from the Subscriptions page.
• Turn reminders and notifications on or off in Settings → Notifications.
• Delete your account from Settings → Account. That removes your account and the records attached to it, and cannot be undone.

Life Admin Space sends account emails only — confirming your address and resetting your password. Reminders appear inside the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We aim to respond to valid requests within one month where the GDPR applies.

Some service providers may process information outside your country, including outside the UK or EEA. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect personal information.

Essential storage supports sign-in, security and saved settings. Google Analytics is optional and remains off where consent is required unless you accept Analytics. You can accept, reject or revise your choice at any time using Cookie settings on the site.
